Covid 19

Due to the interruptions caused by the current global pandemic with COVID-19, orders may take a little longer than usual to reach their destinations.

Shipping (Domestic and International)

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. 

When shipping our wares across Australia we use Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is packed and ready to be dispatched.

We also ship internationally. However, it can be costly so please email us for a shipping quote before purchase.

We ship via Australia Post’s International delivery service (Standard and Express) and your parcel will be delivered in your country by your local postal provider. Please note we are not responsible for any Import Taxes or Duties that may apply to international orders.

In the rare instance where a parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can from our end to locate it. However, if our postal service deems it officially lost we will refund you the cost of your purchase plus any associated shipping charges, or send a replacement (if possible).


All sales are final. We do not refund if you change your mind. However, if the item you receive is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will either replace it (if possible), offer an exchange for an item of the same value, or refund you the cost of your purchase. In some cases, you may be required to send the item back to us.
